Eating chocolate is fine, but don't forget to exercise.

Sweet news about those chocolate cravings: People who consume moderate amounts of chocolate more frequently are thinner than those who eat it less often, according to a new study.

The research involved 1,018 healthy men and women, who exercised on average 3.6 times a week and had a balanced, nutritious diet. The body mass index of participants who ate chocolate five times a week was one point lower than people who did not eat it regularly. The body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight.

Ways to localize:

Go to places where people exercise and find out if they know about the study, and if they eat chocolate. What do they say are the keys to a healthy lifestyle?

Local nutrition experts could weigh in on the study, and what they know about chocolate. Would they recommend this to people?

Stores that sell candy probably won't see a run on chocolate from fitness types, but what kind of people do they see buying up goodies? Is it just kids, or do many adults still have a sweet tooth?
