Observer-Dispatch named GateHouse front page of the day (Monday, Feb. 8)

 It doesn't matter if your hometown team played in the Super Bowl or not, the biggest game of the year is an event that is important to many readers. The Observer-Dispatch had an ace in the hole for its coverage -- a local native, Will Smith, who plays for the New Orleans Saints. The dominant photo is an excellent choice as it shows Smith with teammates on a defining moment of the game. Local fans are pictured in the secondary photo watching the game and wearing Smith jerseys. The hefty content promos alert to more coverage. Fantastic!
