Nice job by The Times-Reporter for the front page of the Tuesday edition.
Coverage of two local Martin Luther King Jr. Day events in two communities gets the centerpiece position. In that package is a large black-and-white sketch of the King paired with the headline and what is perhaps one of the most-quoted sentences of the Civil Rights movement.
A black bar with reverse type provides an anchor for the sketch and adds some drama to the page.
Below that is a photo by staffer Jim Cummings of a local reverend speaking during a tribute to King at a local church. The photo pairs with a story by staff writer Joe Mizer.
Nice sky boxes give some impact up top.
Nice page.
