How to use the Only in Print logos

Print Comment
By Joe Greco

The Only in Print logos, as well as the Only Online logos, have been available for download at GateHouse News Service only for a couple weeks now. (Find them here.) I've noticed that the logo has been used incorrectly at a handful of newspapers, prompting a few phone calls from edtors who are fielding reader feedback.

In the video below, I explain how one of the logos has been used incorrectly, as well as weys to use them properly.'

To recap the video, here are the main points:

• The logo below is intended for use as a carousel image on your paper's website home page.

• The second largest option, along with a  series of short refers, can be used in the skybox or other prominent position on the front page.

• The example above also shows how the smaller Only in Print label can be used above a headline that only appears in print.

• The example below shows how the Only in Print and Only Online logos can be combined into a larger pacakge in the rail.

If you have any more questions on these logos, go here. You can also send me a note at the email address below.
