The Bulletin's centerpiece story on Connecticut's tax increases that take effect July 1 gives readers a truckload of bulleted information, all expertly organized.

Readers, of course, will be impacted the high tax rates, surely making this package a must-read for many.

What I like about the package is that related tax increase are arranged by topic. For example, cigarette tax changes and other tobacco-related tax increase are together below an image of a shelf full of cigarette packs. Taxes related to automobiles, such as rental car surtax, towing services and livery services also are displayed below a car image.

All in all, ther are more than three dozen tax changes displayed in bulleted lists on the front, organized nice and neat.

Well done.
