The Repository named front page of the day (Tuesday, Dec. 21)

A terrific page from The Repository detailing a new video surveillance program that the local police department is rolling out.

This page works so well because of the simple graphic that was built, using a cutout of the camera, illustrations of how the cameras work and a very creative headline that ties the whole thing together.

Also noteworthy on this page is the nice reader callout at the bottom of the page, asking for resolutions for 2011.
