Daily Messenger named front page of the day (05/09/12)

Working with submitted photos can always be a challenge, more so when you are using them on the front page as part of a centerpiece package.

The Daily Messenger carried off this task nicely by using submitted photos in a montage, family album style. The images are played up prominently as the dominant graphic element, which serves as a nice anchor for the story written by Julie Sherwood highlighting National Nurses Week.

An overall nice job
