it's 2012, and that means Inner Circle 2012 expectations go into effect. Have you gotten the new requirements under your belt?Are you still struggling?

Consistent video
Community bloggers
Daily Facebook updates
Reader callouts in print
Only in Print elements in print and online
Only Online elements in print
Public Service Journalism OR Community Partner Journalism alternative story
formats

Remember, these are all in addition to the Inner Circle 2011 requirements that continue on into 2012:

Constant updates online
Consistent photo galleries

If you don’t start now incorporating the new expectations into your workflow, you could easily miss certification for Q1 2012.
