Teen drivers still text behind the wheel, despite laws banning the practice.

A new report by the Center for Disease Control shows teen drivers still text while driving, despite laws banning the practice.

The release of the report comes a day after a Massachusetts teen was sentenced to a year in jail for a fatal accident that occured while he was texting and driving.

To localize: Talk to teens in your community. Do they text while driving? Why?

Talk to readers - are they seeing teens - and older drivers - texting behind the wheel. If it's illegal in your state, do people call the police when they do see someone texting behind the wheel?

Talk to state police - do they pull drivers over if they think they're texting?
