How to incorporate ads into the nameplate area on the front page

A trend in display advertising is Post-it style ads that run on the front page.  If your paper isn't prepared to use them, chances are the nameplate is what gets covered by the ad, obscuring the name of the paper. Check out the video below for ways incorporate the ad without sacrificing the integrity of the newspaper's nameplate.
